All our jewelry is handmade. As with all handmade jewelry, our items are delicate, so please treat with care. 14K Gold Filled & Sterling Silver Jewelry can be cleaned with a soft polishing jewelry cloth.

SHIPPING

Free to be Me Jewelry has a flat shipping rate of $6.00. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (3-5 business days). We ship Mon-Fri except on holidays. Once order is received, you will receive a confirmation of order & another email once it is shipped out. Unfortunately we do not ship internationally at this time.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your jewelry (for any reason), you may return it for an exchange or store credit. You must email a return request within 7 calendar days of receiving your order (freetobemejewelry@aol.com). Jewelry must be in it's original condition to be eligible for return. Your package must be postmarked within 7 calendar days after receiving your return authorization. Return requests after 7 days will not be honored. Please include a copy of your original  receipt. Free to be Me is not responsible for damages or loss incurred in return shipping. All return shipping charges are customers responsibility & cannot be refunded.
